Overspend Control at Client Level

We’d like to have the ability to implement overspend control at the client level, rather than just at the campaign level. Currently, overspend control pauses budgets once the full monthly budget is met, but we’d prefer the option to apply that rule to the total client budget instead.

In many cases, we have some services or campaigns that underspend while others may overspend slightly. As long as the overall client-level budget is maintained, we’re comfortable allowing flexibility at the campaign level. This is especially true when higher-performing campaigns are driving results. In those situations, individual budgets are more like guideposts than strict limits.
